The Mercyhurst women's ice hockey team is hosting a "Skate with the Lakers" post-game event after the its game on Sunday, January 6, at the Mercyhurst Ice Center. The first 50 skaters that walk through the door will also receive a free team poster.
 
The Lakers invite local youth hockey players and teams to wear their team jerseys or related team apparel to the Lakers' 1 p.m. game against tenth ranked Colgate.

Immediately after the game, youth players will have a chance to meet members of the women's ice hockey team and skate with them until 4 p.m. After the post-game skate, team poster holders will have the opportunity to get their poster signed by the team.

Tickets into the game are priced as followed:
Children aged 6 and under: Free
Youth aged 7 and up: $5
Adults: $10

Group rates:
For groups of 12 or more youth: $3 per person
For groups of 12 adults or more: $5 per person
