- The Lakers are coming off of a heart breaker in East Stroudsburg 65-64. Nicolete Newman had 18 points while Lauren Lapertosa and Emily shopene both contributed with ten and nine points.
- Against East Stroudsburg, the Lakers were in a battle the whole game, especially down the 4th quarter stretch. Mercyhurst was down 61-62 with 2:59 to go in the fourth before Nicoloete Newman hit a three to put them ahead by two. The teams traded possessions back and forth in the final 2:43 while the Lakers ended up missing five shot attempts down the stretch before turning it over its final possession and falling short 65-64.
- Mercyhurst leads the overall series against Lock Haven 11-9 but is 2-7 when on the road again the Bald Eagles. Tune into the game to see if the Lakers can notch a road win.
