- The Lakers are coming off their first win of the season at home against Walsh 78-76. Maria Lapertosa had 22 points in the victory over Walsh with Eliza Oswalt dropping 19 and Nicolete Newman tallying 14.
- Against Walsh, the trailed by two going into the fourth before outscoring the Cavaliers 19-15 in the 4th. From the field, Mercyhurst shot 14-26 (53%) in the first half and then shot 12-32 (37%) in the second half. At the end of the game, it was tied down to the last second before Maria Lapertosa knocked down two key free-throws to seal the game for the Lakers.
- The Series is tied between Mercyhurst and Ursuline 2-2, the Lakers are undefeated at home and winless on the road but will look to change that on Tuesday.
