Box Score Erie, Pa.— Five different Lakers recorded goals today in the victory over PSAC opponent, Slippery Rock at Tullio Field. 
Mercyhurst's own Hayley Skidmore was able to knock in the Laker's lone goal of the first half in the 29th minute.  Katie Lechner was able to record the assist. 

To start the scoring spree not even two minutes into the second half was Alexis Skitbitsky with Clare Ahern assisting on the goal. Lizzy Laird scored the Lakers third goal in the 42nd minute of the game with Ahern assisting on that goal as well.

In the 48th minute of the game, Alexandria Shumsky was able to fire another goal home for the Lakers with Skitbitsky getting the assist.  Abby D'Amato scored the fifth goal for the Lakers in the 52nd minute of the game with Ahern earning her third assist of the night.

Slippery Rock's (6-10, 1-7) goals were scored by Jessie Trube and Kayla Ulrich, both in the second half.
Mercyhurst (5-11, 3-5) out-shot the Rock 14-12 and also had the upper hand in corners 12-6.

Libby Jones was the winning goal keeper with 9 nine recorded saves.

The Lakers will return to action for their second to last game of the season on Saturday in a PSAC matchup on the road against Kutztown.
