The Mercyhurst women's hockey team plays its first home series since late November when it hosts the Rochester Institute of Technology on Jan. 13-14 at Mercyhurst Ice Center. This two-game set is the first of 12-straight games the Lakers will play against College Hockey America conference opponents to finish the regular season.

-Mercyhurst leads the all-time series 15-3-0, outscoring R.I.T. 71-25 over all matchups.

Sam Isbell earned her first CHA Rookie of the Week award after tallying her fourth and fifth goals of the season against St. Lawrence.

Jessica Convery is now 5-7-1 this season and maintains a sub-2.0 goals against average (1.93). She was named CHA Goalie of the Week to complete a Laker sweep of the CHA weekly awards for the week ending Jan. 8.
