ERIE, Pa. - After picking up their first victory of the season Tuesday night at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center (MAC), 91-79, the Lakers head on the road seeking their second straight non-conference win. Mercyhurst will face off against Findlay Saturday afternoon.
 
The Lakers did most of their damage in the first half, as Mercyhurst shot 61 percent and had a 60-31 lead at the half. Adrienne Kloecker led the way for Mercyhurst, as she scored a career-high 31 points on the Tiffin Dragons. Kloecker shot 13-22 (59 percent) from the field and drained five of ten three-pointers. There were a total of five Lakers who scored in double figures.
 
Findlay enters the non-conference matchup 1-0 on the season, beating California (Pa.) at the Convocation, 74-66. The Oilers shot 58.1 percent (25-of-43) from the floor in the win and held a 29-15 edge in points off the bench. Lacey Kessler led Findlay with 13 points, as she came off the bench.
 
Mercyhurst will travel to Houdeshell Court for the Saturday afternoon matchup. Tipoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
