ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst women's basketball team heads to East Stroudsburg for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) crossover on Saturday, December 21. Tip-off is set for 1 p.m. at Koehler Fieldhouse.

Mercyhurst is 2-7 after splitting two crossover games this week. It beat Lock Haven, 78-65, and lost to Bloomsburg, 71-63, at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center.
 
On the season, Alayna White is averaging 15 points (13^th in the PSAC) and nine rebounds (seventh) per game. She is shooting 50.9 percent, good for seventh in the conference, from the field. Adrienne Kloecker is putting 12 points and six boards a game, while Natalie Piaggesi is chipping in 10.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest.  The Lakers are second in the PSAC with a plus-8.2 rebounding margin.
 
East Stroudsburg has a 5-5 record, including a split in two road crossovers this week. It won, 70-68 in double overtime, at Slippery Rock before falling, 66-56, at Edinboro.
 
Jessica Martin leads the Warriors with 13.3 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. Allison Howard is next with 11 points and 6.9 boards a game. ESU ranks fourth in the PSAC with a plus-3.1 rebounding margin. It leads the league with 54 blocked shots this season.
 
Last season, Mercyhurst won, 63-49, against East Stroudsburg. White tallied 13 points and six rebounds off the bench.
