ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst women's basketball team will host Lock Haven and Bloomsburg at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center this week. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) crossover games are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. starts on Tuesday, December 17, and Wednesday, December 18.

PSAC crossovers do not count in the conference standings. The Lakers host IUP in their next Western Division contest on January 11.

Mercyhurst is 1-6 overall and 1-2 in the league. It fell, 69-57, at #2 Gannon December 7.
Alayna White led with 19 points and eight rebounds, while
Alex Artise added 13 points and eight boards.

In 2013-14, White leads the team with 14 points and 8.6 rebounds per game.
Adrienne Kloecker is averaging 12.6 points and 5.7 boards.
Natalie Piaggesi is posting 8.4 points and 6.3 rebounds a game. The Lakers rank second in the PSAC with a plus-7.4 rebounding margin.

Lock Haven is 1-6 overall and 0-3 in the conference. It lost, 75-67, at East Stroudsburg December 4. Marrysa Moyer paces the Eagles' attack with 16.4 points and a PSAC-leading 11.3 rebounds a game. Emily Daugherty is putting up 15.9 points and 5.7 boards per contest.

Bloomsburg has a 5-2 record, including a 2-2 PSAC mark. Catherine Noack is scoring 20 points a game, second in the league. She is shooting 57.1 percent from the field with 25 made three-pointers. Adreana Sadowski is recording 14.4 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.

Last season, the Lakers swept Lock Haven and lost to Bloom. Lock Haven has moved to the Eastern Division with the addition of Seton Hill and Pitt-Johnstown to the Western Division.
