ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst men's basketball team travels to #9 Indiana (Pa.) Saturday. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division contest is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start at the Kovalchick Complex.

The Lakers are 11-7 overall and 7-5 in the conference after a 56-42 loss at Gannon Wednesday.
Callon Dailey hit three three-pointers on his way to 15 points and
Luis Leao added 13 points. Mercyhurst was outrebounded, 34-11, in the defeat.
IUP won, 86-75 in overtime, at Edinboro Wednesday. The Crimson Hawks outscored Edinboro, 13-2, in the extra session. Mathis Keita led with 21 points and nine rebounds. Dan Ayebo scored eight points in overtime to pull out a road victory.
Leao has been one of the top players in the PSAC this season, putting up 20.3 points and 7 rebounds per game. Dailey,
Jonathan Ouegnin, and
Paul Bilbo are combining to score 25.1 points per game.
Keita leads a balanced IUP attack with 14.5 points 6.3 boards per game. Scooter Renkin and Marcel Souberbielle are both averaging double-digit points. Devante Chance is scoring 8.3 points and dishing out 3.9 assists per game.
Mercyhurst ranks fourth in scoring defense (61.7 points) and sixth in scoring margin (5.9), while Indiana is second in points allowed (58.6) and third in scoring margin (11.7). The teams are both shooting 46.2 percent from the field, tied for second in the league. The Lakers pace the PSAC in free throw shooting at 76.9 percent. IUP and Mercyhurst are 1-2 in assist-to-turnover ratio this season.
