ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst women's basketball team plays at Slippery Rock Saturday, January 19. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division contest is slated for a 1 p.m. tip at Morrow Field House.

The Lakers have a 4-10 overall record and a 4-6 PSAC record. They lost, 64-62, to Clarion Wednesday.
Dana Banda had 23 points and
Alayna White put up 12 points and seven rebounds. Mercyhurst went 7-14 from three-point range in the first half, but hit 1-11 from deep in the final twenty minutes.
Slippery Rock is 4-10 overall and 3-7 in the conference this season. It dropped a 74-62 decision at Lock Haven Wednesday. Four Rock players scored in double figures, led by D'Asia Chambers, who had 15 points and five boards. SRU was outrebounded, 46-24, in the loss.
Kaylee Foster leads the Lakers with 10.8 points, while Banda is scoring 10.7 per game. White is next with 7.9 points and a team-high 5.1 rebounds per game.
Chambers is scoring 10.3 points and grabbing 5.6 boards per outing. Erinne Cunningham and Alexas Brown are combining to score 18.7 points per game.
