ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst field hockey team hosts Seton Hill in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division match Tuesday, September 11. The contest is slated for a 4 p.m. start at Tullio Field.

The Lakers beat Bellarmine, 1-0, on Saturday in the home opener. Freshman
Cayla Slade scored the lone goal of the match and
Jess Wess recorded a shutout in goal.
Seton Hill is 2-1 in 2012. Brittany Davis leads the Griffins with two goals and two assists. Seton Hill lost, 4-0, at Bloomsburg on Saturday.
In the preseason PSAC coaches' poll, Mercyhurst was picked fourth and Seton Hill fifth in the Western Division. The Lakers lead the all-time series, 10-4. The teams split two meetings in 2011, with each match going into overtime.
