ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst men's basketball team hosts Notre Dame (Ohio) College in a non-league game on Sunday, December 30. The contest is slated for a 3 p.m. tip-off at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center.

Luis Leao is having an outstanding season, averaging 20.7 points and 6.3 rebounds while shooting over 50 percent from the field.
The Falcons are 2-7 this season, including an 80-64 home loss to the Lakers on December 5. NDC has lost five in a row entering this weekend, where it will play at Buffalo on Friday night before traveling to the MAC. Senior Eric Dummermuth leads the team with 18.7 points and 9.2 boards per game.
In Mercyhurst's 16-point win over Notre Dame earlier this season, Leao totaled 21 points, seven rebounds, and three blocked shots.
Jonathan Ouegnin added 15 points on 5-5 field goal shooting, along with eight boards. The Lakers shot 51.9 percent from the floor. Dummermuth paced the Falcons with 20 points and eight rebounds.
