CRANBERRY, Pa. -- The No. 47 Mercyhurst College women's tennis squad dropped its spring opener at Division III power Carnegie Mellon, 7-2.
The loss moves the Lakers, who are ranked in the nation's top 50 for the first time in program history, to 8-2 overall.
Caroline Bristol was the lone winner in singles play at No. 2 while Bristol and
Kim Ezzo partnered for a victory at No. 1 doubles.
