ERIE, Pa. -- The Mercyhurst College women's tennis team dropped a match against former GLIAC foe Ashland University on Sunday afternoon, falling 7-2 against the Eagles.
The Lakers move to 8-3 overall while Ashland moves 11-5.

Kim Ezzo highlighted the match for Mercyhurst, producing the Lakers only win in singles at No. 1 and partnering with
Caroline Bristol at No.1 doubles for the only other win.
Up next for the Lakers is the annual spring break training trip where they will face off against NCAA II Atlantic Region opponent Bluefield State on Saturday, Feb. 26.
