From there, Frederickson kept the offensive rhythm flowing as she scored 10 markers in the final six minutes of the first half to give Mercyhurst a 40-26 advantage heading into the locker room.
The Mountaineers mounted several short rallies in the second half but could not stop the Lakers offense.

The Mountaineers added one last surge after cutting the deficit to four with three minutes left but it would not be enough to overcome a Lakers offense that hit 45.3 percent from the floor for the game and held a 41-29 advantage on the boards.
