Avi Fogel scored a game-high 27 points as the Lakers picked up an 87-82 road win over Ohio Valley.  The win improved Mercyhurst's record to 3-1 and was the team's third straight win.

The senior point guard connected on four threes in the game.

T.J. Mathis added 19, his highest output at Mercyhurst.  Shelby Chaney posted 13 points inside as well.  All of Mitch Brennan's 12 points came off three-pointers.

Chris LeBorious led the Fighting Scots with 19 points.  Steve Camberis added 19, hitting four triples.  Edward Kershaw chipped in with 15 and Nathan Cozart had 11.

Mercyhurst hits the court again on November 30, when the Lakers travel to Hillsdale, Michigan for the team's GLIAC opener.
