Fievet enters his third year at Mercyhurst and his second as the Coordinator of Athletic Operations
Lucas Fievet hails from Pittsburgh, PA, and brings a robust background in sports management and coaching to Mercyhurst University. Lucas completed his undergraduate studies at Wheeling Jesuit University from 2016 to 2020, earning a B.S. in Management and Marketing. During his time at Wheeling, he was a four-year member of the WJU soccer team, a three-year starter, and received honors including selection to the All-Tournament Team in his junior year and second-team all-conference in his senior year.
Lucas continued his education at Wheeling University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration. While completing his MBA from 2020 to 2022, he served as a graduate assistant coach for the Wheeling Men’s Soccer team, further honing his coaching skills.
In the 2022-2023 season, Lucas joined Mercyhurst as an assistant coach for the women's soccer team, where he also stepped in as head coach for two games, achieving a record of 1-0-1. In the spring of 2023, he transitioned to the role of Athletic Operations Coordinator, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to the athletic department.
Additionally, Lucas served as the Director of Lacrosse Operations during the Men's Lacrosse National Championship run, showcasing his ability to contribute to the success of various sports programs.
