Jacob Winkle enters his third year as an athletic trainer at Mercyhurst University. He has primary coverage with the Lakers Women’s Soccer, and Men’s Lacrosse programs.
Jacob is originally from Sacramento, CA., and earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Charleston (WV), and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhrust University. While at the University of Charleston, he was a member of the Football team where he played offensive line.
At Charleston Jacob worked with a variety of sports including Women’s Volleyball, Women’s Soccer, Softball, and Men’s Basketball.
