Ann enters her fourth year at Mercyhurst as the Title IX Coordinator and Compliance Officer.
A graduate of Mercyhurst Preparatory, Miller earned her Bachelors in Elementary Education followed by her Master's in Educational Leadership. As the Title IX Coordinator, Ann serves as the main contact for Title IX allegations, policies, procedures, and support, ensures staff are trained on their Title IX reporting obligations, and provides programming for all students on Title IX and university policy. Miller also ensures the university maintains compliance with CLERY regulations, verifies staff members designated as Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) are trained annually on their responsibilities, and confirms that  the university maintains compliance with all federal and state laws regarding Title IX and CLERY.
