Biography

Career Record: 33-22

2017-18: Redshirt Junior. Went 23-15, placing 6th at the PSAC tournament, 6th at Midwest Classic and 6th at the Super Region 1 Tournament. 

2016-17: Redshirt Season. 16-9 placing at 3 Open Tournaments

2015-16: Had his best season finishing with a 20-9 mark. Led the team with 13 reversals. Had 11 wins by bonus-point margins. Finished 4th at the PSAC Championships. Narrowly missed a trip to the National Tournament placing 5th at the Super Region I tournament. First year as a full-time starter for the Lakers competing at 133 pounds.

2014-15: Notched a 13-13 record as a true-freshman competing at 133 pounds. Reached the finals at the Thunderwolves Open before registering a runner-up finish, and placed 3rd at the Jamestown Open.

High School: Wrestled at Mt. Lebanon High School...finished high school career with 94-45 record...four-year varsity letterwinner and an Allegheny County runner-up as a senior...two-time All-Academic Honorable Mention selection...two-year Junior Freestyle and Greco Nation team member...finished fourth at districts twice and two-time regional top eight finisher...freestyle state runner-up as a junior...Greco State Champion as a junior...PIAA State Qualifier as a senior...was also a member of the Pittsburgh Wrestling Club.

Personal: Born September 25, 1995...major is undecided...son of Sam and Beverly...has one sister, Stella.
