2023: Saw action in 11 games while starting all 11 of them. Batted ,205 on the season in 39 at-bats with two home runs and six RBIs. Had her two home runs come on back-to-back days on 3/4/23 (West Liberty) and 3/5/23 (Mount Olive).

2022: Appeared in 34 games while starting 25 of them in the middle infield, batted .257 with three home runs and 14 RBI's. Her best game of the season came when she went 2-3 with a home run and three RBI's on 3/10 against Bloomfield.

2021: Posted a .167 batting average with two doubles and two home runs in 17 games ... Was 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts.

Major: English and Sport Business Management

Prior to Mercyhurst:  Played at and attended Chartiers-Houston High School where she was named the 2018 2A Pennsylvania State Player of the Year.  She earned three First Team All-State selection and three Post-Gazette All-Section honors.  Last season, Alderson was named a Cover 3 Athletics Softball Preseason Player to Watch.  

Personal: Born Ocrtober 29, 2001 ... Daughter of Daniel and Tricia Alderson ... Has one sibling, sister Kelli ... Father played college baseball at Ashland University while mother was a member of the softball program at the University of Charleston
