Minihane enters her seventh season as a member of the Laker's coaching staff, first joining prior to the 2018 season.
Minihane spent four seasons as part of Mercyhurst's roster as she played from 2013-16, helping the team to a record of 64-107-1 over that time. Since she has joined the coaching staff the Lakers have played their way to a record of 107-132 with 30 or more wins in each of the last two seasons including a program-best 34 in the 2023 season. Mercyhurst has had a total of 19 All-PSAC selections and two All-Americans with both coming in back-to-back seasons in 2022 (Madison Fry) and 2023 (Allison Dejidas). Under her tutelage, the Lakers have batted .300 or higher as a team in each of the last three seasons with a program-best of .341 coming in 2023.
