Mercyhurst University Athletics

2013-14: Participated in seven events… averaged 82 for 16 rounds… carded low round 72 twice – Ohio Valley Invite (9/23) and St. James Plantation Invite (3/22)… finished in the top ten twice – t-5^th at PSAC Championships and sixth at Ohio Valley Invite.

2012-13: Golfed in ten outings, averaging 58 strokes in 21 rounds played…placed ninth at California (Pa.) Invitational with a three round score of 217… competed at PSAC Championship on October 21 carding a 160…participated in third straight NCAA Atlantic Regional carding a 238.

2011-12: Competed in ten outings, averaging 78.05 strokes in 20 rounds of golf… placed third at the Mercyhurst Invitational on October 10 carding a season best two round score of 145… placed seventh at The Battle of Lake Erie on April 22 and at the NCAA Atlantic Regional’s on September 20… Competed at the Spring NCAA Atlantic Regional’s on May 9 finishing with a three round score of 254.

2010-11: Appeared in 11 outings playing 23 rounds of golf in which he averaged a Laker best 77.8 strokes per round… shot in the 70’s 16 times helping him to two top ten finishes…played in the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional where he finished tied for 64th after shooting a 235 for the tournament…best finish of the year came with a third-place finish at the Mercyhurst Invitational at Downing Golf Course after shooting a 70 and a 73.

High School: Participated in golf scholastically...Erie District Golf Association Junior Match Play champion.

Personal: Born October 16, 1991...double major in accounting and finance...son of Ramon and Lisa Watkins...has two sisters, Kelsie and Audrie.
