2008: Competed in all eight meets...One of Mercyhurst's top seven each race...Ran season-best 28:46 over 8K at Notre Dame Catholic Invitational Sept. 19...Finished eighth at Mercyhurst invitational Sept. 27...Ran 28:47 at Rochester Oct. 18 and 28:48 at PSAC Championships...Competed in NCAA East Regional, finishing 120th.

2007: Competed in all eight events...Placed 10th in the "Race at the Park"against Gannon and 15th at Le Moyne Invitational...Season best time of 28:17.7 came at the Harry F. Invitational. 

2006: Ran in six races and recorded his best time of 26:11 in the California (Pa.) tournament...Best result was a sixth place finish at the Gannon Invitational.

2005: 103rd of 162 at Notre Dame National Catholic Championships 8K (28:45)...11th at Gannon Tri-Meet 8K (30:05)...88th of 192 at Geneseo Invitational 8K (28:46)...64th of 98 at Slippery Rock 8K (29:19)...72nd of 111 at Roberts Wesleyan 8K (30:09)...133rd at Great Lakes Regional 10K (36:43).

High School: Participated in cross country and track...team was Sectional champs with a 7-0 record...First Team All-Conference
