Biography

2019-20 -- Posted a 79 average in 12 rounds as a senior. Was named the 2020 Mercyhurst Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Closed out his collegiate career with a fifth place finish at the PSAC Champsionships with a three round total of 226. 

2018-19 – Finished the year with a 75.9 average in 25 rounds.
  • Fall 2018 – Played in six tournaments. Placed first at the Mercyhurst Fall Invitational and Elwell Fall Classic. Finished the fall with a 74.2 average.
  • Spring 2019 – Played in six tournaments. Best finish was T-13th at the Olglebay Resort Invitational. Ended the spring with a 78.0 average.

2017-18 – Ended the year with a 76.1 average in 23 rounds.
  • Fall 2017 - Competed in all 4 tournaments as well as the PSAC Championships. He finished the fall with a 74.3 scoring average as well as having his best finish at the PSAC Championships where he placed 4th after carding a 74-70. 
  • Spring 2018 – Played in six tournaments. Ended the spring with a 77.5 average. Best finish was T-8th at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational.

2016-17: Competed in 5 tournaments in the fall...Tied for 6th at the PSAC Championships in Hershey, Pa...Averaged 77.2 strokes per round over 12 rounds...Competed in 7 tournaments in the spring season...Tied for 68th at NCAA Regionals in Daniels, WV...Averaged 77.7 over 15 rounds.

High School: Competed in Soccer won multiple team leagues. Player of competitive badminton during younger years.

Personal: Born December 7th, 1995. Is the son of Ivan Jørgensen and Gitte Larsen, has one younger sister Anna Rose.
