ERIE, Pa. - The Women's Lacrosse team faced IUP in their second PSAC matchup of the season.
The Crimson Hawks took the game 6-12.
Quarter One
The Crimson Hawks struck first in the game, but the Lakers came back to put three on the board.
Throughout the first Paige Maneri made six saves, and the team was 7-7 on their clears.
Quarter Two
The Crimson Hawks scored three in the second to take the lead in the game.
The team recovered ten ground balls, and Allison Lyon caused a duo of turnovers.
Quarter Three
Kiera Boettcher finally put another goal on the board for the team at 5:38. She was assisted by Megan Millard on a man-up opportunity.
The team was once again perfect on their clears, and Maneri made three more saves.
Quarter Four
Whitley Easton and Boettcher opened up the quarter with a pair of goals.
The team wrapped-up the final period with two ground controls and nine ground balls.
