Mercyhurst, ranked fourth in NCAA Division II, dismantled both opponents at the Laker Tri-Meet on Saturday by a combined score of 79-2, losing only one of 20 individual bouts at Mercyhurst Athletic Center. The Lakers, now 4-1 in dual matches, opened with a 43-0 shutout of Millersville and closed with a 36-2 win over No. 9-ranked Lake Erie College.
