Vitt was sensational in leading the Laker volleyball team to a pair of 3-0 sweeps at home against California on Friday night and Seton Hill on Saturday afternoon. The senior setter had a match-high 38 assists to go along with eight digs and a service ace in the three-game sweep over the Vulcans on Friday. California entered the match unbeaten in conference play. Then, against the Griffins, Vitt again had a match-high 39 assists and chipped in 11 digs and a solo block in another 3-0 sweep. For the two games, Vitt had 77 assists (12.83 per game), 19 digs, one ace, and one solo block.
