McKee tossed six shutout innings in a 5-2 win over Gannon in game one of Sunday's doubleheader sweep of the Golden Knights. The righthander allowed only three hits and two walks over his six innings of work while striking out a career-high 12 batters. He did not allow a hit until giving up a two-out double in the bottom of the fourth innings. In his first season as a starter, McKee is 4-0 with a 1.08 earned run average. Over 25 innings of work, he has allowed 11 hits and 11 walks while striking out 39 batters. Opponents are hitting just .131 against the righty this season.
