Shiplo helped the men's hockey team post a 2-1 record during the week, including a weekend sweep of Holy Cross. The senior defenseman registered the first multiple-goal game of his 141-game career on Saturday night after scoring a pair of goals, including the overtime game-winner with 1:51 left in the extra period. It was his second career game-winning goal - his other came against RIT on November 9, 2012. He entered Saturday's game with just one goal this season. He finished the week with two goals, one assist, eight blocked shots, and was a +2.
