Senior free safety Colin Kimball had a huge day for the Mercyhurst football team in its 38-22 loss to #15 Bloomsburg on Saturday. Despite the loss, the Laker defense held Bloomsburg to 256 yards of total offense, with Kimball recording nine tackles (all solo) and an interception. The pick was the ninth of his career, tying him for eighth on the school's all-time list. Kimball also had a 61-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter - the first punt return for a touchdown in his career.
