D'Urso won three matches on Saturday morning to finish in third place of the 141-pound weight bracket at the 2014 NCAA Division II National Wrestling Championships at the Cleveland Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio. The third-place finish is the highest result for a Laker grappler since Andy Lamancusa finished third at the 2010 NCAA Division II National Championships. D'Urso becomes the eighth individual in the program's history to finish at least third place in the national tournament, joining Ben McAvinew (2nd in 2005), Zack Schafer (2nd in 2006), Hudson Harrison (2nd in 2008), Josh Shields won the National Championship in 2009 and finished second in 2010, and Lamancusa had two third-place finishes in 2009 and 2010. D'Urso finished the season with a 32-4 overall record and now has a two-year record of 62-10 with the Lakers.
