Baich earned two victories in singles play and two victories in doubles to help the Mercyhurst women's tennis team pick up its first two victories of the spring season. Baich defeated Seton Hill's Lauren Duffy 6-2, 6-1 and then defeated Ashland's Andrea Ruiz 6-0, 6-1 in successive days over the weekend. She teamed up with senior Caroline Bristol to earn an 8-3 victory in doubles against Seton Hill and then an 8-0 blanking of Ashland's #1 duo on Sunday. She improved to 5-6 overall in singles and 11-2 in doubles this season.
