Katie Fischer played two of her best games of the season last week, totaling 34 points for the Lakers. Against Slippery Rock February 12, the freshman scored a career-high 21 points, making 8-14 field goals. She connected on three three-pointers. Fischer added three rebounds and two assists in the contest. At Edinboro, the Ambridge, Pennsylvania, native posted 13 points, including 11 in the first half. She sank all six of her free throw attempts. Fischer is averaging 7.3 points per game and ranks third on the Lakers with 22 made three-pointers this season.
