Coleman of the men's basketball team helped the Lakers win two key PSAC West contests last week. Against crosstown rival Gannon, the junior scored 10 points, including two free throws with 20 seconds left to give Hurst a 62-61 win January 18. On January 21, Coleman scored a career-high 25 points on 9-10 shooting from the field. He made all seven of his field goal tries in the second half as Mercyhurst defeated #10 Indiana (Pa.), 71-47. He added two three-pointers, three assists, and a blocked shot in the victory.
