Redshirt freshman Kennedy Blair posted back to back shutouts against in the Mercyhurst women's hockey team's sweep of the RIT Tigers, in CHA play this past weekend. Blair earned her fourth and fifth shut outs of the season, deflecting 40 shots in-between the pipes for the Lakers. With this weekends performances in the book Blair finishes the regular season with a 1.49 goals allowed average, and a .937 save percentage, she also boasts a 9-7-1 record. Blair and the rest of the Lakers will return to action when they play in the College Hockey America semifinals on March 2nd at 4:00 Pm against the highest remaining seed from the quarterfinal game.
