Bartos was selected as the Mercyhurst male athlete of the week after pinning his way through the Embry-Riddle Mile High Open Tournament this past weekend. Bartos at 125 pounds pinned his way through the tournament, claiming three fall one of which was in the first period with the other two occurring in the second. Bartos recorded a fall over West Larson in 2:56, claimed his semifinal bout in 3:52 over Phillip Mitchell, and won in the finals in 3:18 over Alex Nunez.
