Dear Laker Fan,
On behalf of the Women’s Ice Hockey Team, I would like to invite you to participate in our annual “Goals for Lakers” program. Last year this program helped our team make an exciting run for the national championship, and with your support and generosity we would like to do it again.
Here’s how it works:
- Pledge a certain amount of money for each goal scored
- Watch the Lakers play (both home and away!)
- Total the number of goals scored at the end of the season
- Multiply that number with the amount pledged
- Donate the total to the Women’s Ice Hockey Program!
You may make your payment for Goals for Lakers either by credit card, personal check, or money order. An invoice will be sent to you immediately following the season, letting you know the number of goals scored and the amount owed. We encourage you to follow the season to see how the team does each and every game!
With participation in this program you will also receive a weekly email containing game summaries to keep you informed, and the number of goals scored to date.
