Playing from 2006 to 2009, Warren helped the Lakers to a mark of 31-37. She came on strong for the Lakers, scoring four goals in a game during her freshman season to tie the school record for goals in a game. The following season, she became the first player in program history to score a goal in back-to-back games against Division I opponents. Her tremendous performance did not end there as she was able to finish out her career as the program's all-time leader in both goals and points.

Warren was named to an All-PSAC team on two occasions, finding her way onto the Second Team in 2008 while being a First Team honoree in 2009. She was also named to a Longstreth/NFCHA D II All-American and wonensfieldhockey.com All-American teams in each season. Her 2009 season was one no one will forget soon as she led the team in almost every major statistical category while ranking 15th in goals per game nationally and being named to the ECAC All-Star Team.
