2008-09: Played in and started 27 games as a freshman…Posted 24-3-0 record along with a 1.95 goals against average, .906 save percentage and one shutout…All-CHA Second Team…CHA All-Rookie Team…CHA All-Tournament Team…14th in nation in goals against average…Named CHA Defensive Player of the Week twice, and CHA Rookie of the Week on two occasions…Posted third most wins in a season and fifth highest saves total in program history…First freshman goaltender to post 20 or more wins in a single season…Won 12 consecutive decisions from Jan. 23 at Robert Morris through NCAA semifinal victory over No. 2 Minnesota March 20…Recorded first collegiate win Oct. 10 at Boston University…Won first three starts of season…Posted first collegiate shutout Nov. 21 at Providence, making 23 stops…Allowed just three goals in two CHA tournament contests, an 8-2 victory March 6 vs. Niagara and a 6-1 win over Wayne State March 7...Surrendered two goals total in three weekend series…Won nine straight decisions from Nov. 1 through Jan. 10 vs. Vermont…Surrendered just four goals in three meetings with nationally-ranked St. Lawrence during season, including one goal allowed in NCAA quarterfinal March 14…Made 33 stops, a season-high, in NCAA semifinal victory over No. 2 Minnesota March 20.

Before Mercyhurst: Played for the Pacific Steelers Midget AAA team...Invited to the National Team Goaltender and Under-22 National Strength and Conditioning camps in 2008...Named top goaltender and selected to the first team all-star squad during her team’s bronze medal appearance at the 2008 Western Canadian Midget Championships...Runner-up for the B.C. Junior Female Athlete of the Year Award this year...Helped her team to the gold medal at the B.C. Provincial Championships in March of 2008...Notched a bronze medal at the 2008 JWHL Challenge Cup North American Invitational...Earned silvers at the 2008 JWHL Under-19 North American League Championships and the Under-19 NAHA Tournament...Selected to the Team Canada Under-18 squad in 2007. 

Personal: Daughter of Wendy and Brad Pattenden...Two siblings...Mother was an All-American tennis player at BYU and played six years of professional tennis...Ranked in the Top-100 in the world...Also coached the national team for 13 years...Grandfather played 20 years of professional hockey in the WHL, WHA and NHL...Uncle Hugh Barlow was a Memorial Cup Champion with St. Catherines of the OHL...Great Grandfather was a world-champion speed skater...Plans to major in business at Mercyhurst.
