2012-13: Named to the All-PSAC Team in singles competition...posted a 9-7 singles record, going 5-5 at #1 singles and 3-0 in the #3 spot...posted a 3-1 record against PSAC competition...ended the season on a three-match winning streak...finished with an 8-9 overall record in doubles action...was 5-8 at #1 doubles, going 4-8 with freshman Travis Beck...was 2-0 at #2 doubles, playing both times with Eric Drusko...earned the PSAC Champion Scholar-Athlete Award at the PSAC Championships in April for having the highest GPA of the individuals competing in the tournament

2011-12: Posted a 6-5 record in singles competition - the second-highest winning percentage on the team...played all of his singles matches at #2...went 1-1 in conference play...in doubles, played with Keith Whittingham at #1 and posted a 9-4 record...the duo had nine of the team's 14 doubles victories during the season...the pair finished the season on a five-match winning streak

2010-11: Captured an All-PSAC selection in doubles play with partner Keith Whittingham…the duo went 17-6 on the year, including a 13-4 mark at #1 doubles…they claimed a 4-1 record against PSAC opponents and were 13-4 in dual meets…won 10 of first 11 matches together…in singles play, van der Veer posted a 10-14 mark, with a 4-11 record at #2 singles and a 4-1 mark at #3 singles…he went 8-12 in dual meets for the Lakers, including a 4-1 mark against PSAC opponents…had a five-match winning streak early in the fall season.
