Follow Men's Basketball at PSAC Final Four This Weekend

ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst men's basketball team has advanced to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Tournament Final Four on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9. The Lakers play at #2 East Stroudsburg at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday in one semifinal, while West Chester and Gannon will square off at 1 p.m.
 
Live stats will be available for both games at http://www.sidearmstats.com/esu/mbball/. A live video broadcast will be available for a $6.95 fee at http://www.esuwarriors.com/showcase/#mediaarchive.
 
Only two-day passes that grant admission to all three weekend games will be available Saturday. Cost is $14 for adults, $5 for non-PSAC students and free for PSAC students with a valid school ID. Ticket prices to attend Sunday's championship games only are $8 for adults, $3 for non-PSAC students and free for PSAC students with a valid school ID.
 
Mercyhurst is in the PSAC Semifinals for the second time in three seasons after beating #10 Indiana (Pa.), 67-56, on Tuesday night. It was the Lakers' first-ever win at IUP and Mercyhurst's first road postseason victory.
 
If the Lakers win Saturday, Sunday's championship will have live stats at http://www.sidearmstats.com/esu/mbball/ and live video at http://pcntv.com/.  The Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) will also broadcast the game on local television. PCN is available through Time Warner Cable on Channel 22 in the City of Erie and Erie County.
 
Coach Gary Manchel has guided the Lakers to a 17-11 record. Mercyhurst has beaten every other team in the Western Division for the second time in the last three years.
